We have made changes to the following HO-3 discounts effective 12/22/2020 for renewal policies.

Discount for 55 Years of Age or Older Policyholders: 5% Any named insured on a policy that is 55 years of age or older will qualify for our 55+ discount of 5% on their Non-Hurricane portion of their premium.

Discount for Homes in Secured Community: 5% If an insured lives in a neighborhood that is 24-hour staffed or has passkey gates, they are eligible to receive a 5% discount toward the Non-Hurricane portion of their policy premium. Seasonal and Secondary residences do not qualify for this discount.

The discount for Military Personnel and Veterans remains at 5% toward the Non-Hurricane portion of their premium. However, there will now be a maximum combined discount of 10% for 55+, Secured Community, and Military Discounts.
