Continuing the progress that we made in early January, we are pleased to announce that you can now write new PTI business in additional counties and zip codes.

Effective immediately, the following counties have been reopened for HO3 business, including zip codes that are close to the coastline. We will require documentation of a valid flood policy to be in effect for ALL homes within a 3-mile distance to the coast to be verified by underwriting.

Alachua, Baker, Bay, Bradford, Brevard, Calhoun, Citrus, Clay, Columbia, Desoto, Dixie, Duval, Escambia, Flagler, Franklin, Gadsden, Gilchrist, Glades, Gulf, Hamilton, Hardee, Hendry, Hernando, Highlands, Holmes, Indian River, Jackson, Jefferson, Lafayette, Leon, Levy, Liberty, Madison, Marion, Martin, Nassau, Okaloosa, Okeechobee, Pasco, Polk, Putnam, Santa Rosa, St. Johns, St. Lucie, Sumter, Suwannee, Taylor, Union, Volusia, Wakulla, Walton, Washington

We will not be offering our Basic Choice product anywhere at this time. However, any Basic Choice quotes currently in our system will be honored.
