We are happy to inform you that we have revised our guidelines for flood policy requirements as follows:

A policyholder located within 3 miles of the coast, whose policy includes wind coverage, is required to secure flood coverage from the NFIP or a private insurance carrier.

The specific change to our guidelines is that we will no longer require Contents Coverage, nor do we require insureds to secure a certain coverage amount. We will defer to you, their Agent, to guide them in making those coverage decisions.
