Please note that our system will still allow a quote submission for owner-occupied Basic Choice policies, however, a UR will generate and will ultimately be declined by Underwriting.

Important Underwriting Reminders:

• PTI requires a final roof permit to validate all roof ages.
• PTI requires documentation of a valid flood policy to be in effect for homes within a 3-mile distance to the coast, to be verified by Underwriting, unless windstorm is excluded.
• PTI requires claims history to be accurately disclosed on applications.
• All homes in Lee, Sarasota, and Charlotte counties, regardless of age, must meet the PTI home inspection requirement.
