HOW TO KEEP UNDERWRITING IN THE LOOP
Communication is said to be the key to a good relationship. As a quick reminder, Underwriting won’t know when you submit policy documents — unless you notify them.
First, upload your documents to the policy in PTS (signed change requests, proof of prior insurance, Wind Mitigation Inspections, etc.) in the Attachments section under the Activity tab.
Next, tell Underwriting!
When you upload a document in PTS, we don’t get a notification. So if you need Underwriting to review it, you MUST call, chat, or email them. A little communication goes a long way.

WE CRUNCHED THE NUMBERS FOR 2021
All 2021 year-end Agency Experience & Production reports are now available on the My Account portal! Agency Principals should login and head to the Files section to locate the document. The AE&P Report includes your agency’s New Business Production, In-Force Production, Average Premiums, Loss Ratios and Retention, through December 31, 2021.

These are important resources to have handy while writing new business with People’s Trust. The UW Snapshot is a tool for determining eligibility and the Product Comparison Guide compares both the HO3 and Basic Choice products side-by-side.
