Life is too short for extra steps, especially at work. Speed up your agent log-in by bookmarking the “My Account” on the PTI Agency website. Save time and get right to all the tools, forms, and support material you use regularly.
SOMETIMES, TIME IS LITERALLY MONEY
Posting a policy renewal payment in PTS? Make sure you post it on the current Active term and NOT the pending Renewal! That way, the payment will roll over to the renewal term so it can activate properly on the effective date.

NEW ROOF PERMIT REQUIREMENT
ALERT: PTI’s recent limited reopening for new business brings a documentation change. A final roof permit is now required for Underwriting.
Other inspections, such as a roof cert or a 4-Point, will not be accepted to verify the age of the roofing system. You must now provide a final roof permit from a city or county building department to avoid coverage disruptions.
