Did you know that you can pull your agency’s commission statements on-demand from the My Account portal? All you have to do is log in and click on the FILES tab. From there, you can filter or sort your statements by date range.

Track policy activity with the Notes & Suspenses section in PTS! The Notes & Suspenses section is where you can view the status of a policy. People’s Trust representatives also use the Notes section to document phone calls, policy changes, and special requirements. Please note, this section is not regularly monitored by People’s Trust, so it is not a place to request policy changes.

The Notes & Suspenses section is found under the activity tab in PTS. Watch the video below to review how to add and edit notes.
