Due to Subtropical Storm Nicole, People’s Trust Insurance has suspended requests for endorsements that increase coverage, such as increased limits, lower deductibles, and changes to optional coverages until further notice.

Because of binding restrictions, reinstatements are limited at this time. Please contact our Agency Underwriting Team for additional assistance at 877-509-7878.

To quickly assist your policyholders in case of a loss and to simplify the claims process, please use the First Notice of Loss online form.

We have created a similar process for People’s Trust policyholders to get the claims process started online on their own at the PTI.Insure website. They should follow the prompts for File a Claim. Feel free to direct your customers to the form if they call you with a PTI claim.
