Agency Owners can establish defaults for HO-3 and Basic Choice quotes and customize deductibles, endorsements, and key coverages for faster quoting and consistent results.

👉 Navigate to Agencies > Quoting Preferences, then click “Edit” on the top right to set your defaults.

While the National Flood Insurance Program (NFIP), written through PTI Flood, expired on September 30, 2025, there’s still plenty of good news to dip into:

New NFIP policies can’t be issued until reauthorization, but applications with payment can still be submitted and will be held for processing. Lenders can continue accepting signed NFIP applications for closings as usual.

Even the best bakers sometimes mix up batches, but in Slate, uploading to the wrong policy can cause confusion for the Underwriting team.

Please double-check before uploading documents to ensure they’re attached to the correct policyholder file.  Made a mistake? No worries! You can delete your uploaded attachment within 4 hours by:

1. Clicking the 3 green dots at the top right of the Attachments grid
2. Selecting the item (check the box)
3. Clicking the 🗑️ icon
