• Go to the policy’s Contacts menu on the left navigation bar.
• Click the ^ icon next to the lender’s name in the Mortgagees pane.
• To add a new lender, click Manage in the Mortgagees pane and follow the prompts.

• A signed Cancellation Request

• Either a Declarations Page showing duplicate or replacement coverage, OR a recorded deed or closing statement*

*If the insured has sold their property, don’t forget to provide a forwarding address for their refund!

• Locate the policy and click Files in the left navigation bar.
• Click the icon on the left side of the table and follow the prompts to upload.
• Add your files and tag them as “Cancellation Request” and either “Replacement Coverage” or “Closing Documents.”
