Need to request a policy reinstatement? We’re here to help make the process quick and easy. For the fastest turnaround, please follow these steps:

1.  Upload documents to the Files tab on the policy’s left navigation menu
2.  Go to the Activities tab and click the “+” to add a new activity
3.  Select the Template titled “Underwriting Review Request – Reinstatement”
4.  Add any pertinent details in the Description box
5.  Submit

Earlier this year, the Florida Legislature passed House Bill 7073 (CS/HB 7073), which provides a temporary premium tax discount for residential insurance policies. This one-year discount offers financial relief for Florida homeowners while the property insurance market adjusts to recent reforms.

Look out for two new line items related to this discount on quotes or policy dec pages—just one more way we’re helping to lighten the load for policyholders across Florida:
